Engagement SOCIETY5 D. S. Ball of Girl Slated MONTANA STANDARD Announced SUNDAY, JANUARY 11, 1948 for Jan. 17 Mr. and Mrs.

Edwin Wallace Aaron of Riverdale, New York city, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Barbara Anne, to Herbert Strasburger Nusbaum, son of Mr. and Mrs. Simon Nusbaum of Clarksburg, W. Va. Miss Aaron attended Barnard school for girls and graduated from Mount Holyoke college in 1945.

At present she is employed in the publicity department of Eagle Lion Films. She is a member of Mount Holyoke club of New York city. Mr. Nusbaum graduated summa cum laude from Duke university in 1935, and received his law degree from Harvard law school in 1939. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

During the war Mr. Nusbaum served four years with the Navy as a lieutenant, senior grade. He was admitted tar the bar in New York city 1940 and to the California bar in 1947. He is now practicing law in Los Angeles. He is a member of the Variety Clubs of America.

Miss Aaron is the granddaughter of and Mrs. Isadore Simon of the Napton apartments. Her Miry mother is the former Dorothy Simon of this city. BETROTHED--Miss Barbara Ann Aaron, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

The couple exchanged wedding vows standing before a background of evergreens and holly arranged in the Gunton-Temple Memorial Presbyterian church of the Capital city, with the Rev. Bernard Braskamp officiating. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a wool suit of hunter green with brown accessories. She carried a colonial bouquet of violets and was attended by Miss Jo Pruitt of Bozeman as her maid of honor.

Joseph Maza of Nanticoke was the best man. Dinner was served in the Blue room Hotel Hamilton for members of the bridal party, parents of the bride and groom and Miss Edith Jones of Nanticoke. The groom attended schools in Pennsylvania, and was a chief quartermaster seeing service in the Pacific theater. He is now assistant manager for the F. W. Woolworth company in Washington, D. and he and Mrs.
